Why offer dragees ?

In the Middle Ages, traditionally 5 almonds were offered to married couples. At the time, popular belief was that these 5 almonds symbolize 5 wishes: happiness, fertility, abundance, sharing and welcome. It is according to this ancestral custom that we now offer sugared almonds as a thank you to our guests. The image of pleasure, prosperity and sharing is still very strong at the moment.

The dragees were also offered for baptisms as a pledge of immortality.

When to order my dragees ?

If you fill your boxes yourself, we advise you to order your dragees well in advance so as not to be caught by the time. The dragees keep very well for several months (prefer to store them in a cool and dry place, protected from the light).

Your dragees are shipped within 48 hours on average. The delivery time will then depend on the carrier chosen during the order and the delivery area. We invite you to order in advance so that you have the necessary time for your preparation.

When to order my dragees containers ?

The preparation of your dragees boxes may require some delay. So we invite you to order soon !

How to choose my dragees ?

You can choose to stay "classic" and offer almond dragees and chocolate dragees.

You can also play originality card and turn to products such as fruit paste dragees, hazelnut, nougatine or confectionery coated with chocolate ... Free to choose what you prefer to treat your guests !

The names of the dragees correspond to the caliber of the almonds used for manufacturing. Larger is the size, bigger is the dragee.

How to forecast quantities ?

To make pretty boxes to offer to your guests, we advise you to provide 30 gr to 40 gr per person. The capacity of all our boxes is indicated on the product sheets.

If you also want to have dragees on your tables and reception buffets, the ideal amount is 20 gr per guest.

Operation of the site

How to order ?

1. Choose your products in our different categories and add them to your cart, according to the desired quantity, thanks to the "Order" button. WARNING, make sure to select the color of your dragees before clicking on "Order".
2. Then go to your cart summary, check that the content of your order is right for you and go to the next step. The shipping costs quoted are an estimate and may vary, depending on the carrier chosen in step 4.
3. You have the choice of logging into your customer area or creating one if it has not been done before.
4. Check the billing and delivery information. You can attach a message to our team if needed and then proceed to the next step.
5. Choose the desired delivery method and go to the last step.
6. Choose your payment method, your order is registered !

How to track my order ?

You can follow the status of your order in your customer area, section "History and details of my orders".

At each change of state of your order, you will receive a notification e-mail.

You will also find the tracking number when your order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order ?

Regarding your right of withdrawal, please refer to article 5 of our Terms of Sales.

How can I pay my order ?

Transport & Delivery

What's the delivery delay ?

The delivery time varies depending on the carrier selected at the time of order.

How are the products packaged ?

Our products are packaged in cartons that are adapted to their size and well set to prevent shocks due to transport. The word "Fragile" is affixed to all our parcels to ensure the condition of the goods.

However, if you detect a defect on the carton during delivery, it is imperative to report it to the driver and to make reservations, otherwise we will not make any claim with the carrier.

Retention

How to store my almonds dragees ?

The almond dragees are perfectly preserved for several months. We advise you to store them in a cool and dry place, protected from the light, so as not to alter the colors.

How to store my chocolate dragees ?

Chocolate dragees can be preserved just as well thanks to the sugar coating. We advise you to store them in a cool and dry place, protected from light too.

Chocolate shell

For wich occasion order a chocolate shell ?

You can order a shell for all occasions! We offer wedding, communion and baptism shells filled with dragees and gadgets and figurines adapted to the event.

The standard shell will adapt to your particular requirements (see next paragraph).

The chocolate shell explodes to release the sugar and confectionery contained inside ... Effect and surprise guaranteed with your guests!

Can I customize the chocolate shell ?

We propose different shells according to the event: wedding, baptism, communion ... The difference lies only in the gadgets and figurine present in the Obus. Standard Shells contain no figurines, only dragees and gadgets.

How is the chocolate shell packaged ?

The shell is carefully packaged in cardboard and cushioning particles to minimize transport risks.

How is the chocolate shell delivered ?

Shells are only shipped by France Express (Geodis). They are delivered within 2 to 4 days depending on the area.

Please note that we do not ship the Shells abroad.

How to store the chocolate shell ?

We advise you to keep the Obus in a cool and dry place away from the light. Avoid temperature changes.

What if the chocolate shell is delivered broken ?

First and foremost, you must carefully check the parcel in the presence of the driver to express any reservations about the delivery and the condition of the goods.

If necessary, expressly state the phrase "Received a broken chocolate shell" on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.

Please note that if no reservation has been made during the delivery, we will not be able to lodge any claim with the carrier in the event of failure of delivery (breakage of the Shells) nor to make a compensation.

Stay with a motorhome

You can park for free with your motorhome, for day or night. Please, note that this is only parking : no emptying or connection is possible. However, toilets are opened 24/24, thank you for respecting the cleanliness of place.
